About Her Truth

Sharing Your Strength & Stories

Her Truth is a space where women courageously share the stories they once carried in silence. Through honest conversation and lived experience, Her Truth reminds you that your story isn’t too much; it might just be someone else’s survival guide.

How Her Truth Came To Be

In 2019 Amanda, the founder of Her Truth was deep in her struggles with Postpartum Depression. She felt alone and like the only person who was struggling with this until 2020 came around and she started to share her thoughts online. She was brave, honest and vulnerable. Thousands of women validated her. They too were struggling in their motherhood.

Since that moment, Amanda has shared her truth about motherhood, mental health and more ever since. Through this, she realized that more stories needed to be told, more stigmas needed to be broken and so she started creating safe spaces for these stories to be told. This is where Her Truth was born.
